I am pleased to notify you that I am now offeringForensic Computer Analysis Services to the law enforcement and legalcommunities.

I utilize the same hardware and software that isused by the Forensic Computer Analysis Units of the major law enforcementagencies throughout the nation. I am able to capture images of computer storagedevices that include material that has been deleted. No changes are ever madeto the original material.

The following are typical applications of thistechnology:

• Examination of computers and/or networks for deleted material, including material that has been partially overwritten.

• Searching large amounts of material for keywords or images.

• Duplication of storage devices for discovery purposes.

• Production of computer data for use in court:  This can include adding titles and other descriptive information, preparing PowerPoint presentations, obscuring private or irrelevant information, and editing out material that is not needed.

I apply the highest standards of forensic analysisand use state-of-the-art equipment and software. An important component ofsound forensic analysis is that each step in the process be documented clearly and in detail, so that the analysis can be duplicated by other experts if needed as part of the development of a case and its presentation in court.
